At Peyton Gadget, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and refunds under the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. The item must be shipped back within 3 days after receiving return approval.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original contact details you provided when placing the order.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window

  • Personalized or custom-made products
